Uncle Ian was always very generous with his time and would go out of his way to help. Whenever we visited England Uncle Ian was keen to help out however he could. The saga regarding the tickets to Anfield when we were in the UK 6 years ago was a classic. Ian was on the phone and on the computer trying to get tickets for us. He then took us all the way to the gates of Anfield to make sure that our tickets worked and we could get in, and he wasn't even going to the game! He was an avid Crystal Palace fan and to his credit did not rub it in too much when they beat Liverpool (which was quite frequently ...). We are all still in shock that you have passed away and can't quite believe that we won't see you again on earth. You were always so full of energy and fun.
